Laura believes that with creative and rigorous design, each room tells a story. It has atmosphere effortlessly. Its design serves a clear purpose for the way we want to live. Laura collaborates closely with her clients to get a firm grasp on the who, what, why and where because these are the elements that create meaningful stories about who we are. When mindfully woven together and interpreted with texture, color, lines and shape, they can inspire us with their authenticity and beauty.
While a student at Parsons School of Design, Laura opened Laura Reynolds Interior Design in 2017, a firm based in Westfield, NJ that specializes in residential design. She has designed a range of projects from single room updates to more comprehensive renovations. Her clients have sought her out for her precise attention to detail and proportion, her deft and playful use of color and for interiors that are sophisticated, curated and comfortable.
Laura is married to tall, lanky fellow Southerner who introduced her a life in which high-caliber art can hang on the walls in the rooms where you play Legos. Together, they are raising four sunny and fun (and hopefully more well-mannered than not) children.
